Senior Technical Product Manager

Overview

The Technical Product Manager at Optum drives the strategy, development, and scaling of data‑driven products and platforms to enable business growth and improved health outcomes. This role bridges business, engineering, analytics, and operations to deliver measurable value through data services and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for enterprise data platforms, services, APIs, and analytics capabilities
• Own vision, strategy, and delivery of data‑focused products, including requirements, success metrics, and compliance
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, analytics, and business partners to align cross‑functional delivery
• Partner with data engineering to shape data sourcing, integration, transformation, and ensure data quality and governance
• Prioritize product backlogs, coordinate releases, monitor performance, and drive adoption of data products

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in data platforms, data warehousing, analytics and API services
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably technical or data product management, with cross‑functional stakeholder influence
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
