Technical Product Manager

Overview

The Technical Product Manager will bridge business and engineering teams to define and deliver SaaS and data-driven hearing aid solutions, shaping product vision, roadmap, and adoption. You will translate requirements into clear backlog items, drive releases, and use analytics and AI to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
• Translate business and technical requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, DevOps and stakeholders throughout sprint planning, releases, and post‑release adoption
• Define and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance, and make data‑driven improvement decisions
• Evaluate AI‑powered features and incorporate AI‑assisted analysis into product discovery and documentation

Eligibility

• Product Management or Business Analysis expertise, preferably in SaaS, cloud, integration or data products
• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years managing digital/software products in Agile environments; experience in medical device or regulated healthcare is a plus
