Responsibilities
- Define and champion the overall UX vision and strategy across multiple products
- Plan and conduct user research, translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts and marketing to influence roadmap
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and monitor UX metrics for continuous improvement
Eligibility
- Expertise in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design impact
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 5 years leading cross‑functional design projects
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science or a related field
