Product Designer

Overview

Baazi Games is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive, high‑engagement mobile gaming experiences for millions of Indian players. The role involves leading end‑to‑end design across core player journeys and collaborating cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives across core player journeys
• Design mobile‑first experiences for gameplay, lobby, onboarding, rewards, wallet, and retention systems
• Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and polished visual interfaces using Figma
• Use data, experimentation, and user insights to improve player experience and product performance
• Help evolve and scale the design function through processes, systems, and design thinking

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in gaming, real‑money gaming, fantasy, social gaming, or consumer tech
• 3‑9 years of product design/UI‑UX experience, strong mobile‑first B2C background
