Senior User Experience Designer

Overview

Think Design Collaborative is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft responsive web, mobile and TV experiences across the product lifecycle. The role involves client interaction, research, prototyping and delivery within fintech and other domains.

Responsibilities

• Execute design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, navigation structures and information architecture as defined by the Lead UX Designer
• Conduct usability audits and research processes to inform design decisions
• Collaborate and communicate with cross‑functional team members and client stakeholders
• Document design processes and maintain design guidelines throughout the project
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform guidelines and front‑end frameworks to continuously improve solutions

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design with a focus on fintech/BFSI projects (preferred)
• Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or related field with a solid portfolio
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and advanced software skills (Adobe Suite, Figma)
