Overview

The role leads end‑to‑end UX design for large‑deal proposals and enterprise digital touch points, covering discovery, research synthesis, wireframes, prototypes, and final specifications. It also involves enabling large‑deal pursuits through design storytelling and AI‑assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX design for large‑deal proposals and enterprise product experiences
• Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to develop personas and journey maps
• Design and facilitate workshops, co‑creation sessions, and design sprints with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction guidelines that scale across product lines
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure design integrity from handoff through build and QA

Eligibility

• Expertise in UX/service design and design thinking facilitation
• Experience with large‑deal enablement, RFP/RFI processes, and AI‑assisted design tools
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Commercial Arts or related field
