Overview

Join PwC Acceleration Center India as an Integrated‑Strategy & Operations Senior Associate, driving customer experience strategy and delivery across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. You will lead CX workstreams, translate insights into actionable requirements, and guide implementation for diverse global clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead CX strategy and business analysis workstreams from discovery through implementation and business readiness.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, journey mapping, service blueprinting and translate findings into functional requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate with product, design, architecture, data and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and agile delivery.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and prioritization of requirements, driving MVP decisions and quality of client deliverables.
• Mentor associates and contribute to client presentations, proposals and reusable assets.

Eligibility

• Strong background in customer experience strategy, service design, digital transformation or business analysis within consulting or global delivery.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; proficiency in Agile, CX frameworks, and digital ecosystems (CRM, portals, analytics).
• Bachelor’s degree (or MBA) and fluency in English.
