Overview
Barclays is seeking a Digital Senior Functional Analyst (AVP) in Pune to lead digital transformation initiatives by gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with technology teams.
Experience
12-16 yrs (minimum 5 yrs digital transformation)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver high-quality software solutions adhering to secure coding, scalability and performance standards.
- Conduct functional analysis, business process modelling, user story creation and backlog management in agile environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and vendors to define requirements, map customer journeys and automate workflows.
- Lead code reviews, unit testing and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote a culture of technical excellence.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, assess risk, and develop policies to ensure governance and control across digital projects.
Eligibility
- 12-16 years experience as Functional/Business/Digital Analyst with at least 5 years delivering digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in functional analysis, digital product management, API integration, SQL/data analysis, agile delivery (JIRA, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or Engineering; MBA, CFA, CBAP, CSM, CSPO or related certifications are preferred.
