Product Manager — SaaS/GovTech/HR

Overview

The role is for a Product Manager to lead the development of a new enterprise ERP‑style SaaS MVP serving government and public‑sector clients. It is a remote contract position requiring Pacific Time core hours.

Responsibilities

• Own MVP scope, roadmap, and success criteria from concept to demo
• Lead 0→1 product development and MVP delivery
• Conduct customer/market discovery with public‑sector agencies and enterprise buyers
• Translate research into prioritized product requirements and partner with Engineering to sequence delivery
• Collaborate with distributed/offshore engineering teams and attend occasional in‑person leadership sessions

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in SaaS, ERP, GovTech, and HR/Payroll systems
• Experience delivering 0→1 MVP products and working with distributed engineering teams
• Based in the continental U.S. and able to work Pacific Time core hours
