Product Manager AI

Overview

The role is for an AI Product Manager responsible for defining and delivering AI-driven government services, aligning with Digital India objectives. The manager will lead cross-functional teams to bring AI products from concept to market and ensure ethical, scalable deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI-driven government services.
• Lead product discovery, market and user research to identify citizen pain points and AI opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration among AI/ML engineers, data scientists, UX designers and government stakeholders to deliver multiple concurrent AI initiatives.
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs, OKRs) such as user adoption, accuracy, response time and citizen satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related technical field (mandatory)
• MBA/M.Tech. in Management, Systems Engineering or product management preferred
• 8-12 years of product management experience with 4-6 years in AI/ML or digital transformation
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade AI products serving 100K+ users
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing AI product budgets
