Overview
The role is for a Product Manager focusing on electromechanical/mechatronics products, overseeing product strategy, lifecycle and market growth within industrial automation. It involves close interaction with OEMs, sales and engineering teams to drive portfolio profitability.

Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle for geared motors, gearboxes, industrial motors and power transmission solutions
- Identify market trends, gaps and new business opportunities through competitive benchmarking and market intelligence
- Gather Voice of Customer feedback and develop product strategies, business cases and go‑to‑market plans
- Collaborate with global product, sales, marketing, operations and application engineering teams for launches and localization
- Drive portfolio profitability, standardization and migration to next‑generation solutions
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related engineering
- 8–10 years experience in electromechanical products, geared motors, gearboxes, product management or industrial automation
- Experience working with OEMs, machine builders and industrial manufacturing customers
