Product Manager - Electromechanical/ Mechatronics

Overview

The role involves owning and managing the electromechanical product portfolio, driving growth and optimization across geared motors, gear units and related technologies, and translating market insights into regional strategies. It requires deep technical knowledge and collaboration with OEMs, sales, and engineering to support product launches and market adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete electromechanical portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Identify gaps and growth opportunities and develop migration strategies for legacy and next‑generation products.
• Conduct market, competitive, and cost‑performance analysis and gather Voice of Customer insights.
• Build business cases and drive portfolio optimization, localization, and standardization initiatives.
• Enable sales teams and support product launches, customer adoption programs, and regional growth strategies.

Eligibility

• Expertise in electromechanical products, geared motors, gearboxes and mechanical power transmission.
• 8‑10 years of experience in product management, application engineering, technical sales or industrial automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
