Product Manager

Overview

The Product Manager will lead tax and finance technology products through their entire lifecycle, shaping strategy, roadmap, and go‑to‑market plans. Collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales is essential to deliver customer‑centric, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and vision based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather and document requirements, create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product launches.
• Monitor product performance, analyze feedback and market trends, and drive continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in tax compliance and finance workflows
• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in tax, finance technology, or SaaS
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
