Vice President, Product Designer will lead user‑centered design for complex digital products within BNY’s Digital Channels team in Pune, shaping experiences across finance‑focused platforms.

Responsibilities
- Lead user‑centered design to create intuitive, research‑driven product experiences
- Map end‑to‑end user journeys and identify improvement opportunities
- Design complex web interfaces and workflows, producing high‑fidelity prototypes with Figma and Miro
- Develop and maintain a global design system ensuring visual consistency
- Collaborate with product, engineering and stakeholders while mentoring junior designers
Eligibility
- 12+ years of product design experience, preferably in regulated sectors such as finance, health or insurance
- Deep expertise in user‑centered design, journey mapping, interaction design, and design systems
- Advanced proficiency with design tools like Figma and Miro
