Overview
Barclays is hiring a Vice President level Mobile UX Designer in Bengaluru to create user‑centric digital banking experiences, drive product innovation and ensure design quality across the mobile platform.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design and implement user‑centric mobile banking products aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into compelling UX solutions and advocate design principles.
- Develop interactive prototypes, wireframes and conduct iterative design testing, incorporating feedback, technical constraints and compliance considerations.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and data analysis to inform design decisions and measure post‑launch impact via CX metrics.
- Stay updated on fintech trends, evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance and provide design governance and assurance.
Eligibility
- Expertise in UX/UI design for digital banking or fintech products.
- Proven experience in leading design initiatives at senior/VP level (typically 8+ years).
- Relevant degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science or related field.
