- Create and manage rigorous A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to improve Net Revenue Retention.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate retention workflows into broader subscriber journeys and expand to non‑billing merchants.
- Analyze adoption metrics, mentor peers, and shape the growth product culture in the Bengaluru office.
