Overview
Lead the end-to-end UX of Contify's B2B SaaS platform, driving research, design systems, and data‑informed decisions while mentoring a design team.

Responsibilities
- Own the full UX process: information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for the Contify platform.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow observation with enterprise customers across geographies.
- Define success metrics, collaborate with product on analytics instrumentation, and validate designs via funnels, usage data, and A/B tests.
- Maintain and evolve the Contify design system, ensuring consistency across components, patterns, states, and copy.
- Partner daily with front‑end engineers and product managers, provide clear specs, review builds, and mentor junior designers.
Eligibility
- Deep UX design expertise for data‑heavy B2B SaaS products
- 10+ years UX design experience (5+ years on modern SaaS), strong portfolio showing research, metrics, and outcomes
- Educational background from a reputed design, HCI, or engineering institution
