Overview
The role leads end‑to‑end UX for Contify’s B2B SaaS platform, handling research, design, and system ownership while collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders. The senior designer will also mentor junior designers and drive data‑informed design decisions.

Responsibilities
- Own the full UX lifecycle – IA, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for the Contify platform
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing and define success metrics using analytics and A/B testing
- Maintain and evolve the Contify design system and ensure consistency across components and copy
- Collaborate daily with front‑end engineers, write specs, review builds and balance technical constraints with user goals
- Partner with product managers on roadmap prioritisation and mentor junior designers
Eligibility
- 10+ years of UX design experience with 5+ years on modern SaaS products for international B2B customers
- Proven experience building and scaling design systems, strong research skills and data‑driven decision making
- Degree in Design, HCI, Engineering or related field from a reputable institution
