Product ( UX ) Designer

Overview

The role is for a Product UX Designer based in Pune/Hyderabad, working hybrid to create intuitive, scalable user experiences across Cornerstone's AI‑powered workforce platform. You will design end‑to‑end flows, contribute to a design system, and embed AI‑driven interactions while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences using Lovable, including wireframes, flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, user‑centric UX solutions quickly
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Standardize templates and components and evolve a centralized design system for scalable UX
• Integrate AI‑powered experiences such as conversational interfaces and recommendation features into product workflows

Eligibility

• UX/Product Design expertise
• 2‑5+ years experience designing web‑based or SaaS products, with exposure to AI‑driven features
