Product ( UX ) Designer

Overview

We are seeking a Product UX Designer to create intuitive, scalable user experiences for our AI‑powered workforce platform, working closely with product managers and engineering teams in a hybrid Pune/Hyderabad setting.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences using Lovable, including wireframes, flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, user‑centric UX solutions and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to standardize templates, components, and evolve a centralized design system.
• Integrate AI‑powered features such as conversational interfaces and recommendations into product workflows.
• Leverage user behavior data and analytics to inform design decisions and ensure usability and accessibility.

Eligibility

• UX/Product design expertise with 2–5+ years of experience in web‑based or SaaS products.
• Hands‑on experience with modern UX tools (Lovable or similar) and exposure to AI‑driven design.
