Job Description
Overview
Senior UI/UX Designer responsible for end‑to‑end design of complex B2B workflow tools for warehousing and manufacturing, collaborating with product managers and engineers while leveraging AI tools. Will create wireframes, high‑fidelity UI, design systems and AI‑driven experiences for web, cloud and rugged mobile devices.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end design of features and workflows from discovery through hand‑off
- Conduct user research, interviews and usability tests with manufacturers and warehouse teams
- Design cloud‑transition experiences and modernize legacy desktop workflows
- Build and maintain a shared design system and component library
- Design AI feature interactions, including how users request help and how the system communicates reasoning
Eligibility
- 5+ years UI/UX or product design experience with shipped software products
- Experience designing complex, data‑heavy B2B applications such as ERP, inventory, supply chain or CRM
- Portfolio demonstrating design process, user research, and AI tool usage
- Comfort working directly with engineers and reading front‑end code to understand constraints
