Overview

The role focuses on designing and improving user experiences for employee lifecycle and workflow applications, primarily on SharePoint and enterprise SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and workflow analysis to identify user needs and process improvements
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces for employee lifecycle and workflow applications
• Create responsive UI experiences and contribute to reusable design systems, interaction patterns, and visual standards
• Develop user experiences for SharePoint solutions and other enterprise workflow applications
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to validate designs and ensure consistent implementation

Eligibility

• UX/UI design expertise with focus on employee lifecycle and workflow applications
• 1‑6 years of experience in UX/UI design, SharePoint, workflow design, and enterprise SaaS environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication or related field
