Overview

The role involves designing user experiences for employee lifecycle and workflow applications, including SharePoint and other enterprise SaaS solutions. The designer will conduct research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and workflow analysis to identify user needs and process improvements.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces for employee lifecycle and workflow applications.
• Create responsive UI experiences and contribute to reusable design systems, interaction patterns, and visual standards.
• Develop user experiences for SharePoint solutions and other enterprise workflow applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to validate designs and ensure consistent implementation.

Eligibility

• UX/UI design expertise for enterprise applications and SharePoint
• 1‑6 years of experience as a UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Design Engineer with workflow and employee lifecycle focus
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication or related field
