Overview
The AI Product Manager owns AI agents as products, defining vision, backlogs, and KPIs while bridging business users and engineering teams. The role drives adoption, accuracy, and ROI for agents across RFQ, planning, supply chain, and executive functions.

Responsibilities
- Define agent product vision, user journeys, and success metrics
- Own and prioritize the agent backlog based on business value and feasibility
- Collaborate with Sales, Bid, Supply Chain, and Operations to validate value in workflows
- Design human-in-the-loop approval gates and exception-handling mechanisms
- Track adoption, accuracy, ROI and drive iterative improvement cycles
Eligibility
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably with data/AI or enterprise workflow products
- Domain expertise in manufacturing and supply-chain processes such as RFQ, MRP, S&OP
- Strong ability to define KPIs and execute evidence-based product iteration
