Manager, Product Management — Sourcing & Procurement

Overview

The role is a Product Manager for the Sourcing & Procurement area of Deloitte's Zora AI platform, responsible for owning the product roadmap, delivery, and outcomes. It involves leading cross‑functional teams, driving AI‑enabled procurement solutions, and mentoring junior consultants and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, backlog and KPI framework for the Sourcing & Procurement portfolio
• Lead discovery, user research and validation to translate practitioner pain points into high‑value use cases
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery by creating PRDs, user stories, sprint planning and overseeing launch, adoption and iteration
• Partner with risk, compliance and cybersecurity to embed Trustworthy AI governance and audit readiness
• Engage with clients, sales and delivery teams for demos, go‑to‑market positioning and mentor the consulting team

Eligibility

• 8-12 years of product management or product ownership experience
• Domain expertise in procurement/sourcing and experience delivering AI/ML (GenAI) products
• Based in India and able to work virtually with US stakeholders
