Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead

Overview

Lead Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead responsible for designing and delivering complex Workday reports and analytics solutions, while mentoring junior consultants. Works closely with solution architects and product managers to shape reporting products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand reporting needs
• Design, configure, test, validate and migrate PRISM and Workday reports
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and mentor junior consultants
• Collaborate with solution architects and product managers on product design
• Contribute to internal reporting and analytics initiatives and maintain Workday certifications

Eligibility

• Workday HCM or Financials certification (PRISM certification preferred)
• 3+ years of Workday Reporting and PRISM experience, including Advanced, Matrix, Trending and Composite reports
