Overview

The Product Development Manager leads cross‑functional engineering teams at Tieto Caretech, driving high‑quality software delivery and AI‑enabled development practices while managing multiple managers and product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop cross‑functional engineering teams and managers
• Drive technical decision‑making, architecture design and AI‑assisted development adoption
• Manage full product lifecycle from conception to deployment and maintenance
• Recruit, retain and coach technical talent, including performance and career development
• Oversee financial responsibility, set technical plans, and contribute to product strategy

Eligibility

• Strong technical background with hands‑on coding experience
• Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams and managers
• Extensive experience with Agile/SAFe, CI/CD, DevOps and cloud technologies
• Understanding of AI/GenAI trends and responsible AI adoption
