Senior Product Manager

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will define, deliver and evolve digital products, owning strategy, roadmap and execution while collaborating with engineering, design, data science and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Gather and prioritize customer, stakeholder and business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science and operations to deliver high-quality, AI-enabled product experiences.
• Use data, analytics and experimentation to drive prioritization, adoption and measurable outcomes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering digital/enterprise software products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science and operations, preferably on AI, automation or data-driven platforms.
