Overview
EY is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products and platforms. The role focuses on delivering user‑centric solutions with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap aligning with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead product discovery, problem framing and translate insights into high‑value product plans and release roadmaps.
- Partner with business, engineering, architecture, data and UX teams to deliver scalable, user‑centric solutions.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, adoption and continuous improvement, monitoring KPIs and value metrics.
- Mentor junior product professionals and apply value management practices to support business cases and investment decisions.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in life sciences/healthcare (strong advantage) or other industry sector
- 9+ years of product management or digital product delivery experience, including roadmap ownership and value realization
