Overview
The Monitoring & Management Product Manager leads strategy, roadmap and operational success of global AV and workplace technology monitoring platforms, driving integration, adoption and value realization across EY. The role collaborates with operations, engineering, security and vendors to deliver reliable telemetry, alerts and automation.

5-8 yrs
Responsibilities
- Own global product strategy and multi‑year roadmap for AV telemetry and remote management platforms
- Lead proofs of concept, pilots and evaluate results to recommend production adoption
- Gather, prioritize and translate stakeholder requirements into product capabilities and KPIs
- Manage platform lifecycle including selection, onboarding, integration, automation and retirement
- Coordinate vendor relationships, licensing, governance and financial business cases
Eligibility
- Product management experience in global enterprise technology environments
- 5‑8 years managing monitoring/IoT or AV workplace technology platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent
