IT Product Manager

Overview

The IT Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end development of technology solutions for agriculture, horticulture, livestock and fisheries across Andhra Pradesh, collaborating with government departments, field teams and engineering. The role combines product strategy, user discovery, data/AI integration and field implementation to deliver scalable public‑sector digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, conduct user discovery and create roadmaps aligned with government and field needs
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories and oversee agile delivery with engineering and design teams
• Manage technology integration, data flows, APIs and AI components ensuring security and scalability
• Establish product KPIs, analyze usage data and drive continuous improvement post‑deployment
• Engage senior government stakeholders, coordinate pilots, training and regular travel across Andhra Pradesh

Eligibility

• 4–8 years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS, digital platforms or AI‑enabled products
• Strong understanding of full product lifecycle, agile delivery and stakeholder management
• Fluent in Telugu and English, willing to be based in Vijayawada and travel regularly
