Senior Designer

Overview

DoubleTick.io is looking for a senior designer to lead and scale design across product, brand, and marketing initiatives, shaping the overall design vision and systems. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own design vision and strategy while building and mentoring a high‑performing design team
• Lead end‑to‑end product design for web and mobile, driving user‑centric decisions through research and data
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Oversee visual identity and create high‑quality creative assets for branding and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, marketing, sales and leadership to align design with business goals

Eligibility

• 7‑10 years of experience in product/UX/UI, interaction or visual design with proven leadership in high‑growth SaaS or enterprise tech
• Strong background in B2B SaaS, CRM, ERP, MarTech or CPaaS and hands‑on expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, prototyping and design‑system frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, Fine Arts or related field; Master’s/MBA a plus
