Overview
Tech Lead - UX Designer leading design initiatives, creating responsive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
Experience
10-13 years
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create personas, journey maps, and information architectures.
- Design intuitive, responsive UI with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Maintain design system consistency, ensure accessibility (WCAG), and document design specifications.
- Mentor junior designers and support QA by reviewing implemented designs.
- Perform competitor analysis and usability research to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in department meetings and drive process optimization for user experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 10 years total experience with 3‑5 years in customer engagement and leading design initiatives
- Proven leadership, strong communication, and problem‑solving skills
