Overview
The role leads the international product strategy and roadmap for eBay Balance, the stored‑value wallet, across Canada, Australia, Europe and other non‑U.S. markets, driving adoption and growth. The product leader will own end‑to‑end lifecycle, launch new capabilities and collaborate across engineering, design, finance and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the international product strategy and roadmap for eBay Balance across multiple markets
- Design and improve the complete stored‑value lifecycle, including receiving, reloading, holding and spending funds
- Lead product discovery, launch and optimization using customer research, data analysis and experimentation
- Build a market expansion framework balancing demand, regulatory, operational and scalability considerations
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders and communicate strategy, priorities and results to senior leadership
Eligibility
- Product management expertise in payments, digital wallets, fintech or financial services
- 7+ years of experience shipping and scaling customer‑facing products across markets
- Typically a bachelor's degree; advanced degree optional
