Senior Analyst - UX Designer

Overview

The UX Designer will create end-to-end digital experiences for web-based customer journeys, producing layouts, user flows, interactions, and prototypes that align with user needs, business goals, and technical requirements. The role works in an Agile environment collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality design work within sprint timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UX and UI experiences for web-based customer journeys
• Create user flows, wireframes, page layouts, interactions, and prototypes
• Apply usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders using data, analytics, and feedback to refine designs
• Deliver design work within sprint timelines, prepare handoff documentation, and flag risks early

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer
• Experience designing B2C digital or web products
• Strong proficiency with Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and prototyping
