Design Lead

Overview

The Architect / Design Lead will define and maintain product and system architecture, guiding engineering teams to build scalable, secure, high‑quality solutions while collaborating with product and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain overall product and system architecture ensuring scalability, performance and maintainability
• Lead design of critical components, frameworks and integration patterns
• Review and validate technical solutions and conduct design/code reviews
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship and promote secure coding and best practices
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Eligibility

• Enterprise application architecture, microservices, cloud‑native systems (AWS preferred)
• 12+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in software architecture or design leadership
