Product Designer

Overview

Envoy Global seeks a Product Designer to partner with product managers and engineers, turning user problems into clear journeys, prototypes, and product demos, while maintaining high‑fidelity clickable demos and supporting product storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to frame user problems, clarify outcomes, and identify learning needs before committing to solutions
• Translate problems into user journeys, task flows, interaction models, and testable experience concepts
• Build rapid AI‑assisted prototypes using Figma, Figma Make, Lovable, or comparable tools
• Maintain and evolve persistent clickable product demos and create demo scenarios for sales and stakeholder conversations
• Produce development handoff materials and collaborate with Engineering to ensure design intent is realized

Eligibility

• Product design / UX design expertise
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with a portfolio showing end‑to‑end design process
