Responsibilities

• Set and uphold visual direction across product, marketing, and brand
• Plan and prioritize the design pipeline against business goals
• Build and maintain the design system, templates, and asset library
• Manage, review, and mentor a small team of designers
• Partner with product, marketing, and leadership on priorities

Eligibility

• Graphic design with strong visual direction
• 5–10 years of design experience, including leading designers or projects; mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Clear written and spoken English
