Senior Creative Designer

Overview

Senior Creative Designer responsible for creating high-quality visual designs for digital products, brand experiences and marketing initiatives. Leads creative direction, mentors designers, and ensures consistent, user‑centric experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for websites, digital products, brand experiences, and marketing initiatives with strong typography, layout, colour, imagery and visual storytelling.
• Translate business requirements, user research, and customer insights into concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Build and evolve design systems that balance brand expression, usability, accessibility, and development feasibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to take designs from concept to implementation and present design decisions clearly.
• Lead design reviews, mentor junior designers, and use AI tools thoughtfully to support exploration while ensuring originality and relevance.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in creative design, UI/UX, and customer experience (CX).
• Proven experience leading design projects, mentoring designers, and applying AI tools responsibly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Interaction Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX or related field; equivalent qualifications accepted.
