Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking a high‑ownership Product Manager to independently run our SaaS product, shaping roadmap, interacting directly with customers, and shipping solutions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and day‑to‑day decisions
• Engage with customers and prospects via live chat and demos to uncover problems
• Translate customer issues into clear requirements, flows and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with developers and designers, test releases, and iterate based on data
• Use product metrics and feedback from sales/support to prioritize features and decide what not to build

Eligibility

• Strong bias toward action and ability to work autonomously
• Experience with B2B SaaS, Shopify apps, ecommerce, marketplaces, fintech, logistics or workflow products
• Comfort discussing APIs, integrations and technical constraints; no specific education requirement
