Overview
The Product Manager 2 will shape WorkIndia’s recruitment platform by defining product vision, strategy and roadmap, and driving the development of innovative features. This role collaborates cross‑functionally to deliver seamless hiring solutions and supports the company’s mission to empower the Indian workforce.

Responsibilities
- Define and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the WorkIndia platform
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify unmet needs
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Prioritize product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes to maximize business value
- Monitor product performance metrics and derive actionable insights for iteration and optimization
- Lead product launches with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful market introduction and adoption
Eligibility
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fast‑paced technology company
- Proven track record of launching and managing B2C or B2B products through their lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
