Lead UX Product Manager

Overview

Lead UX Product Manager responsible for defining end‑to‑end UX strategy, product vision and roadmap for internal platform products used by engineers, data scientists and business teams. The role bridges product management, UX, and platform engineering to drive user research, design standards and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own UX strategy, product vision, roadmap, and experience standards for enterprise platform products.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and stakeholder feedback.
• Define and govern design systems, component libraries, and UX standards across multiple product surfaces.
• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, engineers, data teams and product managers to deliver dashboards, data visualizations and self‑service tools.
• Use analytics, experimentation and adoption metrics to continuously improve the product and champion accessibility.

Eligibility

• 8+ years of experience in UX‑intensive or design‑driven platform products
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience leading product strategy and roadmaps
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design and accessibility (WCAG)
