Product Manager-Debit Cards

Overview

The Product Manager will drive strategy, roadmap and feature definition for the Debit Cards product line, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to launch and grow offerings.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer experience gaps and generate ideas to grow market share and improve experience
• Create product vision, pricing and positioning with internal and external partners
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes and prioritize initiatives
• Work with technology and operations to deliver products quickly and manage launches
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Onboarding and stakeholders to ensure consistent product messaging

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of Debit Card products and related technologies
• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking, preferably product management
• Graduate degree required; MBA preferred
