Product Manager - Gen AI

Overview

The Product Manager Gen AI will drive strategy, development, and optimization of Generative AI products for a bank, focusing on enhancing digital customer experiences and ensuring seamless transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management for Gen AI‑powered digital channels.
• Collaborate with design, platform, operations, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Champion customer‑centricity and drive initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and design user and data flow diagrams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product enhancement opportunities.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and digital product development.
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML or digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Computer Applications, Commerce, or Business Administration; MBA/PGDM preferred.
