Group Manger - Experience Design

Overview

Lead end-to-end UX design for large‑deal proposals and enterprise products, covering discovery, research, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications. Drive design strategy, workshops, and delivery across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to inform persona development and journey mapping.
• Design and facilitate workshops, co‑creation sessions, and design sprints with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction guidelines that scale across product lines.
• Translate complex workflows and data‑heavy interfaces into intuitive, accessible experiences for technical and non‑technical users.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure design integrity from handoff through build and QA.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in UX, service design and interaction design.
• Experience with large‑deal pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, and AI‑assisted design tools.
• Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Commercial Arts or related field.
