Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced user research and competitive benchmarking, including ethnography and contextual inquiry.
• Define information architecture, sitemaps, and navigation models.
• Create, validate, and iterate high-level design concepts and detailed specifications adhering to WCAG standards.
• Establish and maintain design patterns, micro-interaction guidelines, and design systems for visual consistency.
• Lead usability testing, synthesize findings, and drive design improvements while managing project sign-off.
