Product/ UX Designer

Overview

The role involves designing user experiences for a complex enterprise platform, focusing on dashboards, workflow, and AI‑assisted features. The designer will collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to deliver usable, accessible, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end UX for enterprise applications, including dashboards, forms, tables, and workflow screens.
• Create and maintain design systems, ensuring usability, accessibility, and responsive design across products.
• Incorporate AI‑assisted patterns such as citations, confidence indicators, and explainability views into user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, domain specialists, engineers, and QA to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Develop data visualizations and complex filter/table interactions to support decision‑making and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

• Experience in BFSI, compliance, risk, audit, case management, or regulatory domains
• 5–7 years of UX/product/interaction design experience with enterprise applications
