UX and UI Designer Technical Solutions (India)

Overview

The role seeks an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead end‑to‑end design for enterprise digital transformation programs, collaborating with product, business and development teams. The candidate will craft user‑centered experiences for ERP, engineering solutions, DMS and other enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design activities across complex enterprise applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing and stakeholder workshops
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides and UI standards
• Collaborate with product managers, architects and agile teams throughout the product lifecycle

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in UX/UI design for enterprise applications and industrial/technical domains
• Minimum 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, software program management or digital product design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, IT, Psychology or related field
