User Interface Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Manager/Lead UI/UX Designer with 12-18 years of experience in the banking sector to lead the design strategy across products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on design experience and strong leadership skills to mentor junior designers. The role is based in Chennai/Goregaon.

Responsibilities

• Champion principles of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis
• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, page flows, and sitemaps
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI assets aligned with style guides and brand standards
• Lead design workshops, design sprints, and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 8-12 years of proven UI/UX design experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior design role
• Strong command of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
