Overview
Senior/Lead Product Designer responsible for shaping travel, expense, and card experiences at ITILITE, integrating AI agents to create seamless B2B2C workflows.
Experience
5+ years (Senior) or 6+ years (Lead)
Responsibilities
- Design and own the travel, expense, and card product experiences across web and AI‑agent interactions
- Define AI agent behavior, intent, confidence, and hand‑off mechanisms, including admin supervision
- Enhance and maintain the design system, creating components and patterns for AI states and complex workflows
- Conduct research, analyze data, and drive product decisions to improve booking completion, policy compliance, and support volume
- Lead or mentor design teams (for lead roles), set craft standards, run critiques, and guide junior designers
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in product design for B2B SaaS with consumer‑grade expectations and AI/agent interfaces
- 5‑7+ years (Senior) or 6‑9+ years (Lead) shipping complex products with multiple user personas; AI workflow or copilot experience; proficiency with Figma and basic front‑end code
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred)
